House XII or as we like to call it Hill mansion is consisted out of two apartments (each 2 rooms) and two double bedrooms. Apartments are placed on the first floor while two double bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
Because of house location and position – hill – each and every accommodation unit at this place, even on the ground floor, has a spectacular view o the Hvar Island archipelago(Paklinski Islands).Also there is no object or any other facilities that are blocking a view on gorgeous nearby Paklinski Islands, making this view breath taking. Apartments are air conditioned while our rooms have ceiling fan. Also position on the hill is ideal because it's open for a summer breeze, which is making accommodation facilities fresh and cooling without air con and ceiling fan.
