House XVI
House is located in the west part of the Hvar town, within 10 minutes of walking distance from the town centre and 100 m from the see and nearest beach. Apartments are comfortably arranged, air conditioned, have a large balconies that are providing amazing sea view on nearby island archipelago Paklinski Islands. There’re 3 big and spacious apartments equipped with kitchen, private bathroom, air con and TV with SAT program. Two apartments have capacity of 5 people. Other apartment has capacity of 4 persons.
The facility has is situated at the one of the best locations in the town. From the terrace you will have a magnificent view of all three sides and you will especially enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Additionally you may enjoy in sitting on the terrace at night and watching ships in the port. The house is located in the very center of the old part of the town, surrounded by old walls of the Espanjola fortress. It is located in the last row of houses, having a one-way street passing alongside it and six personal parking places near it. It is a minute to reach a main city square, port, shopping center, bus station, many restaurants and catering facilities. Facility characteristics: vicinity from the above stated, tranquility, night silence, one of the most beautiful views in the town. House has 7 spatial apartments. Every apartment has its own entrance and its own terrace which guarantees you enjoying your privacy as much as possible.
The house is situated in the historical Centre of the town Hvar, right in the pedestrian zone. The house was renovated 2006, with a lot of care, in accordance with ecological standards and the environment. Whenever it was possible, the architecture kept its original old look. Two apartments with separate entrances can be rented. The interior is new, modern and carefully designed. It takes only a minute of walking to get to the Piazza (main square), Riva (waterfront promenade), market, stores, bus station or parking-lot. Access to the beach is only a few minutes away from the centre of the town, as well as taxi-boats, which are on disposition for daily trips to Pakleni Otoci islands. 
This beautiful mansion is located at the top of the hill called St.Katarina and is providing amazing view on the Hvar downtown, almost having central city square on Your palm. House is consisted out of 4 large and spacious apartments and three double bedrooms. There’re two double ( +2) big exclusive apartments, each with equipped kitchen, bathroom, sleeping room, TV, air condition, with big terrace where you have beautiful view on the old part of town, as well as sea view and unique Pakleni islands. There’re also 2 studio apartments as well. Each apartment and bedroom has private bathroom and balcony.
House XII or as we like to call it Hill mansion is consisted out of two apartments (each 2 rooms) and two double bedrooms. Apartments are placed on the first floor while two double bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
House is located at the west part of the town Hvar, in the vicinity of the hotel Amfora and most popular Hvar beach bars: Bonj Les Bains and Hula Hula.It is located, just above a seashore promenade, only 150 meters from the downtown. It is very close to town and yet far enough to enjoy in the peace and privacy. As additional there is no other houses in nearest vicinity that could interrupt Your peace and intimacy. House has 4 large and spacious apartment placed on the 300 meters per square of house first floor. All of them have large and spacious terraces where You can enjoy in dining and company with Your family, children and friends or just taking a sunbath. All apartments have large and big bedrooms mostly double bed equipped. Some of them have 3’rd bed that could serve for occasions of children and babies. Also, each apartment has big and spatial bathrooms with shower ,air con and TV.
House or pension has a capacity of 14 beds. There is 1 double bed apartment with kitchen and 5 double bedrooms with possibility of twin options. In two bedrooms third bed can be placed. Each bedroom and apartment has a bathroom with shower, small fridge, TV with satellite program, heating and a terrace with a view of the sea and islands in front of the town of Hvar. It takes about three minutes to get to the centre of town, and the same amount of time to reach the sea and beaches. Within a few minutes’ walk you will find an Sensori Spa Center with indoor swimming pool with sea water, sauna, massage and fitness centre. At the ground floor of the house, there is garden summer kitchen which all guests can use in order to prepare the lunch, dinner or just a coffee or tea. In order to scent Hvar on a right way, to all our guests, house X is gladly providing a true Hvar experience. Recommending and providing for you various trips and activities such as speed boats renting for cruising on nearby islands, what to visit there, how to reach it, where to dine, finidng hidden coves etc.. House VII is located at nearest vicinity of the Hvar downtown and town Hvar beaches. It is ideal for those ones that appreciated peace but yet want to be close to everything: downtown, beach, restaurants & bars, supermarket, sport facilities. It has spacious apartments equipped wit kitchen, bathroom with shower, air con and TV. Also, You can use a house grill for a barbeque. 
House VI is placed on the little uplift which is ideal position to sit on Your apartment balcony and to enjoy in a majestic sea view on nearby island archipelago (Paklinski Islands) immersing yourself into amazing Hvar sunset show. On the 2’nd floor of the house there’re 2 large and spacious apartments: apartment A1 (4+1), apartment A2 (4). The apartment A1 (4+1) has two double rooms with a toilet and a bathroom, a kitchen and a large terrace. The apartment A2 (4) has two double rooms with a toilet and a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace.
House V is ideal place for those ones that wants to experience Hvar as much as possible, not losing any minute on it. It is located at the very center of Hvar town, at Hvar harbor promenade, just 10 meters from the sea. You couldn’t be closer to the Hvar center than here. Bellow Your apartment there is pizzeria and fish restaurant, cafe bar, bakery, supermarket, post office, internet corner, a barking place for the shuttle boasts that are connecting Hvar town with neary Paklinski Island beaches. Everything you need is within a min walking for Your bedroom. Four beautiful and spacious bedrooms with private bathroom are facing the Hvar harbor and mega yachts and boats barked in it. Every room has private bathroom with shower.
House has 7 beautiful rooms with majestic sea view facing the nearby island archipelago and Hvar downtown harbor and main city square. Also there is a large and big main terrace with spacious summer kitchen that You can use for preparing the meals and dining. House II has two large and spacious apartments placed in two different facilities (houses), that are divided by a narrow street or just 3 meter away from each other. Each apartment is equipped with kitchen, bathroom, air con and TV. Located at the very center of the Hvar town, placed in its oldest part, bellow city castle Fortica, house is ideal for those travelers that wants feel the pure essence and thrill of living a true Hvar story. House is surrounded with garden and private parking place. It is located on very peaceful place, just few minutes from the Hvar downtown and nearest beach. Distance from the beach is 3 minutes by foot, from the centre of town 5 minutes by foot. Apartments are rated as a three star facilities.Every apartment has full equipped kitchens, nice bedrooms and terrace with astonishing sea view on nearby Paklinski Island archipelago.
